Still they will have 20 new signings next week, the jobcentre staff.

They should have had screening years ago on all PIA and Air India flights for a start, diseases that were unheard of in UK are now rampant again.
Bombero, we used to have a fireman on here you know, extinguished himself now I think. Shame, he would have enjoyed a debate with you........

    NOW IM SPEECHLESS

Gran Canaria - 10.10.2014 - Various sources have indicated that a logistics unit based in Gran Canaria has been placed on stand-by to travel to Guinea Conakry, one of the three countries in West Africa seriously affected by the outbreak, at short notice. Although there has been no official confirmation from the Spanish Ministry of Defence, it is believed the unit will take urgent medical and other supplies to the country's capital to help the authorities deal with the crisis. The reports have triggered calls here for clarification of the role of the soldiers, the duration of the mission and the extent to which they will come into contact with possible carriers of the deadly virus. Spain is one of several nations to have answered the call for assistance by the governments of the three countries affected by Ebola. A few weeks ago the army sent a military plane to Sierre Leone to fly a Spanish missionary who contracted Ebola to Madrid for treatment although he died a short time later in hospital.

The suspected case of Ebola under study in Tenerife refers to a man of adulthood is in situation considered "high risk" that was recently in Sierra Leone and in contact with infected with Ebola, according to informed minutes ago sources of the Council Health of the Canary Government.
Right now, the only presenting symptoms are sore throat and mild fever (up to 37,7º), before which called this morning to the reference, the Nuestra Señora de Candelaria hospital where he has been since after noon isolated in a negative pressure room.
Analytical he was doing at the same time the news briefing Canarian Minister of Health, Bridget Mendoza held, and samples will be sent out Friday morning at Carlos III Madrid hospital where will all the relevant evidence.
The trip back home had undertaken in the African country on Wednesday of last week, October 8, to get to Madrid the next day via Brussels and stay from day 12, last Sunday in Tenerife, where it had not Built to work voluntarily.
He was transferred on Thursday from his home in an ambulance prepared according to the protocols and caution has been admitted to the same hospital, which continues its activity usual to the two people who live with him , which would be their closest relatives, and do not have any symptoms, so they are just under observation. The patient showed throughout that time supporter not disseminate personal.

The Canary Islands Government has activated Thursday the protocol for suspected cases of Ebola to meet in the Hospital de La Candelaria in Tenerife, a patient who left Sierra Leone for eight days and presented with fever (37.7 degrees ), as reported by the Ministry of Health.
This is the second time it is activated in the Canaries this protocol. The above, motivated evacuation to Gran Canaria from a ship that had called at the countries affected by the virus of a sailor with fever, which eventually suffered malaria, not ebola .
Throughout Spain there have already been 27 suspected infections, although the vast majority were eventually negative , except for the case of Teresa Romero known as Bridget Mendoza said.
