So this guy phones about a caravan i have for sale, I thought he was a call centre type which is funny because they dont do camping etc, turns out he is in Newcastle ? but when talking money he asked for £50 luck money back
So we know what sort we are on about, I asked what he would be towing it with because it weighs 1800 kg, I'l be in the wagon he says, blady hell, bolt everything down

Re: What are you doing today??
I was actually going to put a trophy up this year but never got around to it, it was an incident at a match where I was a spectator watching one of my mates (Pete) team play, Pete is captain of his team and a guy called Greg was captain of the other team, Greg is a bit of a mouthy person always spouting comments about the match in progress, where Pete on the other hand is a very well spoken polite quiet natured lad, should also mention Pete has a bit of a disability, some sort of mussel problem, on constant medication for it and walks a bit like he's shit himself, anyway a match is in progress, Greg and Pete are both spectating, but Greg is not happy with the way the ref is refing the match and is constantly making comments to the ref on what he should and shouldn't be doing, from where I was sitting I could see Pete getting angrier and angrier, eventually as Greg is giving the ref another bit of advice, Pete raises himself to his feet, shuffles across the bar floor, faces up to Greg and says in his soft polite voice, "Your a dick head",,, you could have heard a pin drop in the place...
What I haven't mentioned is, Greg teaches karate through the day and is a door man in the evening,,, we all thought we were about to witness Pete's last moments on the planet...
Therefore the trophy I was going to put up and have presented Pete would have been "The Dick Head Of The year Award"...
Talking about dick heads...

Raining today so decorating again. Now last week I bought a new tub of grease but I knew I had one nearly full up somewhere. Today I found it.
Also spent half an hour looking for a glass lampshade, knew I had seen it a lot over the past few weeks. Looking everywhere for it, turns up behind laptop........... Grrrr. Think I'm getting old timers disease.

So the travellers arrived for the caravan
The money was in sealed bags, he slaps them on the table then asked for his luck money
Just a minute while i count this first
Oh you dont have to they are all sealed, Carried on and its £100 light,
Well i cant understand that he says
, I can you cant help yourselves
Not sure who are the worst, call centres or travellers, Whats up with these people
Wonder what they would do if i took a cushion out, What a way to earn a living

Re: What are you doing today??
I had a very stressful day so I went to the supermarket to get a nice Rose wine for Eileen and a 6 pack of beer for me. The beer was costing 10.99 for 6 330ml bottles of Miller. Just as I was going to the till, I spotted a stack of Miller boxes on offer. 11.99 for 20 bottles of 330 ml Miller beer. Mmmm.... my hid is gonna be sore in the mornin!

Re: What are you doing today??
Went to a 'networking' meeting in Los Cris organised by Rev's Motors. It was jam packed and some really nice people there who I could at long last put faces to names. They raffled a car (an old one with TF plates, think it was a Scorpion or summat) still someone won and was happy. I wouldn´t have wanted it as it looked enormous but nice condition. Feeling a bit weary now and a bit sunburnt.
