Just a few weeks back in Manchester there was another big one at a tyre recycling plant, and that's one of many that are always being reported in the local news...
Would love to have a look at the business plans for some of these companies:-
Right lads here's the plan, lets find the biggest yard/warehouse we can rent for next to fu#k all, stuff it full of waste tyres, ok, maybe a bit cardboard as well, but remember we can possibly sell the cardboard on much like glass and metal so not to much, once it's stuffed to the brim, and I mean absolutely stuffed to the brim, throw the local kids a few quid to get some matches/petrol, oh and some Buckfast so they can sit back and relax while they watch it go up in smoke...
