Have a couple of mouthfuls of Tonic water before you go to bed, believe me it works.
Apparently its the quinine in it that does the trick.
Have suffered in the past but since losing nearly 2 stone on the 2 on 5 off/fasting diet/500 calories diet (or whatever its a called in your neck of the woods) leg cramps got worse whilst body adjusted to new eating regime.
Now its settled and leg cramps gone and nearly 2 stone lighter, jobs a good in.
