    Carol is spot on, coconut milk and also lime will drop the heat, we got some good chilli at the mo, scorpion burgers last night.

    Went to one of those carvery joints[excuse the pun] tonight, lovely bit of roast beef and Yorkie but a lot of the veg was dried out especially the roast spuds 5/10

    Pizza. I start off with a pepperoni from supermarket and add bits. Peppers, mushrooms, baby tomatoes grated cheddar and some stilton. Proper.

    Made a chicken pie, and added chopped almonds, chopped apricots, onions, cinnamon. allspice, pinch ginger and cooked in puff pastry.  Yummy.

    my nephew bought us a slow cooker for xmas, and i have bought some skinny slow cooker curry books off amazon. so having a garam masala chicken curry with rice nan bread and spicy wedges tonight. well the wife is. i'm having a few mouthfuls then play chess with it for a few mins. then down about 6 pints while watching the footy

    Sounds good. I don't have any appetite just now, I've been poorly since Friday. I managed to eat some fruit today (those pre-packed ones with melon, strawberries, pineapple etc).
