looks like forever Cam. She thinks I'm intolerant to certain milk proteins and sugars ( particularly starchy foods). I've found that if I stray too far off it, the sinuses get bad and the energy levels drop right off. I'm actually training 6 nights a week at the moment though I'm finding it tough. Am taking almond milk in tea and coffee. Not too bad in coffee but shite in tea.

7 slices of ham, potato salad and coleslaw and a mug of tea. Have a chicken curry on the go. Might have some of that as well. Do you want me to save you some Cam?

Had a lovely smoked venison salad with heather honey dressing,

Breast of duck with a black cherry sauce, roasted vegetables and pomme dauphinoise.

a nice wedge of Roquefort with fruit compote and oatcakes.

Didn't really but thought I'd tease you a wee bit Cam

I am being monitored this week by Cambridge University and today I have to write down everything I consume. 8 mugs of tea or coffee so far, 2 toast with butter on, 2 rolls with egg tomato and mayo and 2 chocolate buscuit bars. Tonight is chicken stir fry.
