    Recall there being one visible from the uk a few years back, we all trapsed out of work to watch it, bit of an anti-climax, it was a sunny day so we could see the sun clearly, eclipse caused it to dull over, did not go completely dark as we were expecting, had we not known it was an eclipse you'd have just thought its dulled over a bit...

    I remember that, it was a big thing at the time, company bought loads of booze and the eclipse was a bit of an anti-climax.

    These photos are from Mark Thornton taken from upstairs in his house in Palm Mar  not bad considering we also have a very bad Calima.

    I put an old white door against a tree and a mirror reflecting on to it for my kids to watch when they were at school. Watched it safely on the door...
