La Mirimar. The steak here is brilliant. Found another place opposite the crazy golf. The PR guy is Italian and takes it as a personal insult.lol if you don't go in. He followed a couple up the pathway saying I hope you enjoy your expensive dinners where you can eat better here for less. PMSL

When I last walked past it had been renamed The Lemon Tree or something very similar.

No the old Olive garden is still closed. Nothing has replaced it but there are a couple of small shops either side. La Miramar is a few doors down from the Chinese buffet where the walkway widens out at burger king.

Having a beer in the complex using their WiFi before going to Las Tarajales for dinner. This place is directly across from the Comodoro end of the crazy golf. It does the best steak by a considerable distance in Los Cris at about 20% less in price.

Just realised it might not actually be closed but it was all shut up when we passed yesterday evening

Just had a wee break over the Forth ! we used public transport for a wee change, stopped in your home town on the way up Cam at the bus station! we stayed in the Mercure in Perth ,very handy for the town centre, we used public transport to tour around as well , free innit ? really good way to see different places with no need to look for parking , visited an old mates grave in Birnam ,he was killed in Belfast 1973 ,his grave was well looked after ,then we went up to the war memorial where he has his own plate all on its own , it is a beautiful spot between Birnam and Dunkeld up on a hill overlooking both villages ,it is a large cairn and it looks fantastic from the bridge, great day tinged with sadness but did my duty.

Just dropped Macie off at her mum and dad's. We were at Burntisland and Kinghorn beaches. I bought her (another) wee bucket and spade and she had a great time! I knocked up a wee sandcastle for her just so she gets the idea...
