    Taxes should be used for essential services not vanity projects, the NHS is allways bumping off about being skint yet they have got money to waste on shit like this, OK, some poor kid gets knocked up and ain't got two penny's to rub together that's where social services should kick in and help out as needed but to give a box of goodies like that to some new baby who's parents are taking it home in their X5,,, bollox...
