Breaking News
"More than 80% of the estimated 3.6 million EU nationals living in the UK will have permanent residency rights by the time Britain is expected to leave the EU, with the remaining 600,000 set to be offered an amnesty, the newspaper said."
I'm thinking there will be a mad rush now to get in to be included in the "amnesty"...

Some milk chocolate bitch with a big chip on her shoulder has thrown a spanner in the works. Was bound to happen I suppose.
Sorry Nige but you can forget about early retirement. Your country needs YOU!

Re: Brexit
Won't make any difference unless Corbyn decides to contest a general election on a rerun of the referendum and he has already said the result must be respected . Betcha this won't be the only legal challenge to it

Re: Brexit
Now if I was Mrs May I would take a trip over to Brussells and sign the fecking thing tomorrow. Take Queenie along for a bit of moral support and she can second it.
That would set the cat among the pigeons. One of my local MPs has resigned today. Spalding, dont know his name but he wants a soft Brexit. About 70% of his constituents voted to leave so here is a deffo Ukip win there. Hopefully Nige will go for it and also stay as leader. Just look at whats going on in America. The whole of the Western World is totally pissed off with PC Liberal politics, especially my generation. Went to Wisbech town centre yesterday, sure I could see a smirk on all the Eastern Europeans faces. Trust me feckers, you are about as secure here as a Mexican in Texas.

Re: Brexit
Ya I know . I was just saying that the only way politically it can ge derailed would be if the Labour Party did a uturn on what it said and went head to head in a general election. It would effectively be a rerun of the referendum . Stranger things have happened . You know what politicians are like with promisesPerfectspecimen wrote:Reg means UKIP Demot not the labour party. Re: Brexit
Personally I think the Labour Party is a spent force. It certainly is in Scotland. If an election was called now it would probably be completely wiped out, MP wise. I can see the possibility of UKIP taking a lot of their seats and quite a few Tory ones too. Us Brits dont like being ignored you know.........
